Before You Start (Quick Checklist)

Driver Changes: name, DOB, license state/number, CDL (if applicable), years experience

Vehicle Changes: year/make/model/VIN/value, owned/leased/rented, lienholder/loss payee; if removing: Bill of Sale/Lease Termination (when available)
